- 1 quart chocolate ice cream

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
1. Let both ice creams soften slightly at room temperature for easier spreading.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the strawberries and chocolate chips.
3. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream, sugar, and cocoa powder over medium heat, stirring constantly until fully incorporated.
4. Pour the hot mixture over the strawberry-chocolate chip mixture and stir to combine. Set aside.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
