Ginger Beef Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. rice wine or dry sherry
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. minced ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 bell pepper, sliced

Instructions:

- 2 tsp. sesame oil

- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Add sliced flank steak and stir to coat.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add minced ginger, garlic, and sliced chilies (if using) and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced bell pepper and onion and stir for 3-5 minutes until slightly softened.
